Registration by Purchase order includes an added $10 billing fee:Registration worksheet .pdf Use the worksheet to let your district/school know your costs for the conference. When you have a purchase order number and billing information, complete your registration online. When you reach the end and have filled out all the PO information click submit. Select the Bill me option. Purchase Order and confirmation must be received before September 25th to avoid $50 late fee. After September 25 an additional $50 will be billed. Send a printed copy of your online registration confirmation and a copy of Purchase Order to: OASL Registration
