Exhibitors:
You are invited to become exhibitors at the 2009 Oregon Association of School Libraries (OASL) Conference. Our fall conference will be held in Salem, Oregon in the heart of the beautiful Willamette Valley.

Saturday, October 10th 10:15-11:00 am
The hall will be open from 8:00-Noon and 1:30-3:00 on Saturday.
Expected attendance: 250+
Cost per a booth: $350 Early bird until August 31st, then $375. Extra booth: $300
An opening reception will be held outside the exhibit hall Friday, October 9th at 5:30pm. There is an opportunity to sponsor or co-host the reception. You are also invited to the Celebration Luncheon on Saturday, October 10 at Noon. One complementary ticket will be given per an Exhibitor. Additional tickets will be available for $15.00. We will also be awarding the door prizes at this time. The exhibit hall will be closed for security during lunch.

Exhibit Space
Exhibits will be located on the second floor in the Willamette Room A & B of the Salem Convention Center.
- Expect a 10’ pipe and draped booth
- An 8’ cloth draped table
- Two chairs
- Electricity if requested
- One (1) complementary ticket to the OASL Celebration Luncheon per a booth for Saturday. (Additional ticket may be pre-ordered)
- Additional booths and furnishing are available for $300 per a booth.
Internet Access
Complementary Internet access is available. High-speed Internet access is optional the charge is $50.

Sponsorship Opportunities
There are several opportunities for vendors. If you do not want to sponsor an entire event, you are welcome to co-sponsor a portion of one. Door Prizes
